Within 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury shall submit an itemized report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate on the amount of total funds charged to each office by the Working Capital Fund including the amount charged for each service provided by the Working Capital Fund to each office and a detailed explanation of how each charge for each service is calculated.
