Section 21(e)(3) of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2761(e)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraphs
(A)and (C)(i), by striking Maintenance and Supply Agency of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and inserting North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)Support Organization and its executive agencies ; and in subparagraph (C)(i)(II), by striking a specific weapon system and inserting activities .
