Section 506 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 3756 ) is amended by inserting at the end the following: Of the total amount made available to carry out this subpart for a fiscal year, the Attorney General shall reserve not less than 10 percent to carry out the National Center for the Right to Counsel Act. .
