The Lake Tahoe Restoration Act ( Public Law 106–506 ; 114 Stat. 2351) is amended by striking section 5 and inserting the following: In carrying out this Act, the Secretary, the Administrator, and the Directors shall, as appropriate and in a timely manner, consult with the heads of the Washoe Tribe, applicable Federal, State, regional, and local governmental agencies, and the Lake Tahoe Federal Advisory Committee. .
