Section 101(a) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3021(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking the semicolon and inserting ; and ; by striking paragraphs
(6)and (7); by redesignating paragraph
(8)as paragraph (6); and in paragraph
(6)(as so redesignated), by striking the Chairman of the Munitions Board, and the Chairman of the Research and Development Board, .
