Section 2709 of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 501(a) of this Act, is further amended— by redesignating subsections (d), (e), (f), and
(g)as subsections (e), (f), (g), and (h), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(b)or a non-disclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511. A request under subsection
(b)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 1114 of the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 ( 12 U.S.C. 3414 ), as amended by section 502(b) of this Act, is further amended— by redesignating subsection
(d)(as redesignated by such section 502(b)) as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(a)or a non-disclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511 of title 18, United States Code. A request under subsection
(a)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 626 of the Right to Financial Privacy Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681u ), as amended by section 502(c) of this Act, is further amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(i)(as redesignated by such section 502(c)) as subsections
(e)through (j), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(a)or a non-disclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511 of title 18, United States Code. A request under subsection
(a)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 802 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3162 ) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(c)through
(e)as subsections
(d)through (f), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(a)or a non-disclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511 of title 18, United States Code. A request under subsection
