Subparagraph
(B)of section 254(h)(7) of the Communications Act of 1934 ( 47 U.S.C. 254(h)(7) ) is amended— in clause (vi), by striking ; and in clause (vii), by striking and inserting clauses

(vii)as clause (x); and by inserting after clause
(vi)the following new clauses: ambulance providers and other emergency medical transport providers; health clinics of elementary and secondary schools and post-secondary educational institutions; sites where telehealth services are provided under section 1834(m) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395m(m) ) or under a State plan under title XIX of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq. ); and .
