It is the sense of Congress that the Secretaries of the military departments— no later than September 2015, should develop, review, and validate individual occupational standards, using validated gender-neutral occupational standards, so as to assess and assign members of the Armed Forces to units, including Special Operations Forces; and no later than January 1, 2016, should complete all assessments.
