None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2014 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to reduce, convert, or decommission any strategic delivery system if such reduction, conversion, or decommissioning would eliminate a leg of the nuclear triad. In this section, the term nuclear triad means the nuclear deterrent capabilities of the United States composed of the following: Land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles. Submarine-launched ballistic missiles and associated ballistic missile submarines. Nuclear-certified strategic bombers.
