Section 935(b)(3) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4339) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking capabilities. and inserting capabilities, including estimated economic impacts. ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking remediation. and inserting remediation and estimates of economic losses resulting from such event. .
