Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)through
(4)and inserting the following new paragraphs: For the Army, 510,000. For the Navy, 323,600. For the Marine Corps, 188,000. For the Air Force, 327,600. . Subsection
(a)of section 403 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1708) is amended by striking 15,000 members and inserting 25,000 members . Subsection
(b)of such section is amended by striking 5,000 members and inserting 7,500 members .
