Sec. 344. Limitation on availability of funds for Trans Regional Web Initiative

Except as provided in subsection (b), none of the funds authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2014 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended for the Trans Regional Web Initiative. Notwithstanding subsection (a), of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by section 301 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, not more than $2,000,000 may be obligated or expended for— the termination of the Trans Regional Web Initiative as managed by Special Operations Command; or transitioning appropriate capabilities of such Initiative to other agencies.
