Section 3166 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2208) is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph (1), by striking 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting March 1, 2014 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking February 1, 2014 and inserting July 1, 2014 ; and in subsection (f), by striking June 1, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2014 .
