Subsection
(a)of section 1236 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1641), as amended by section 1292 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2042), is further amended by striking November 1, 2012, and November 1, 2013, and inserting November 1, 2013, November 1, 2015, and November 1, 2017, . Section 1236 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 is amended— by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection: The Secretary of Defense shall revise or supplement the most recent report submitted pursuant to subsection
(a)if, in the Secretary’s estimation, interim events or developments occurring in a period between reports required under subsection
(a)warrant revision or supplement. .
