Section 544(c)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2347c(c)(1) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by inserting after programs the following: and integrated air and missile defense programs ; and in the second sentence, by adding at the end before the period the following: and integrated air and missile defense training .
