Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: The table of chapters at the beginning of subtitle A, and at the beginning of part I of such subtitle, are each amended by striking the item relating to chapter 24 and inserting the following: 24. Nuclear Posture 491 . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 3 is amended by striking the item relating to section 130e and inserting the following new item: 130e. Treatment under Freedom of Information Act of critical infrastructure security information. .
Section 179(a)(5) is amended by striking commander and inserting Commander . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 9 is amended by striking the item relating to section 231 and inserting the following new item: 231.
