Section 7619 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting December 31, 2019 . Paragraph
(1)of section 7683(d) of such title is amended— by striking $60,000 and inserting $120,000 ; and by striking $12,000 of such payments and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting $24,000 of such payments may be made in each year of participation in the Program . Such section is further amended— by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); and in paragraph (2), as redesignated by clause (ii), by striking paragraphs

(2)and inserting paragraph
