Sec. 7. Effective date

The amendments made by sections 2, 3, 4, and 5— shall take effect upon the expiration of the 1-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act; and shall apply with respect to audio transmissions of sound recordings that are made on or after the effective date under paragraph (1). Sections 1 and 6 shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
