The Secretary of Labor is authorized to hire 200 additional employees to administer, oversee, investigate, and enforce programs involving nonimmigrant employees described in section 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(B). There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.
