Section 201(b)(1) ( 8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1) ), as amended by title III, is further amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking subparagraph

(A)or

(B)of ; and by adding at the end the following: Aliens whose status is adjusted from that of a conditional nonimmigrant or conditional nonimmigrant dependent. .
