Chapter 4 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by inserting after section 237 the following new section: No individual who fled their homeland for fear of persecution while under the age of 12 years and was later admitted to the United States as a refugee or parolee or was granted asylum in the United States shall be removed from the United States. . The table of sections for the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 237 the following new item: Sec. 237A. Bar on removal of certain refugees, parolees or asylees. .
