Section 202(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1152(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— by striking , (4), and
(5)and inserting and
(4); by striking subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 203 and inserting section 203(a) ; by striking 7 percent (in the case of a single foreign state) or 2 percent and inserting 10 percent (in the case of a single foreign state) or 5 percent ; and by striking such subsections and inserting such section ; and by striking paragraph (5).
