The Attorney General shall, subject to the availability of appropriations, reimburse State and county prosecutors located in States along the Northern or Southern border of the United States for prosecuting federally initiated and referred drug cases. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as necessary for each of the fiscal years 2015 through 2019 to carry out subsection (a).
