Section 8110(a) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (4), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following: a domestic partner, if— he or she is a member of the same household as the employee; he or she is receiving regular contributions from the employee for his or her support; or the employee has been ordered by a court to contribute to his or her support. .
