Section 2741(b) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–41(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking (1)(A) and inserting
(1); and by striking and
(B)and all that follows up to the semicolon at the end; by adding and at the end of paragraph (2); in paragraph (3)— by striking (1)(A) and inserting
(1); and by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting a period; and by striking paragraphs
(4)and (5). The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
