The Secretary shall set the tolerance level for excluding small errors for the purposes of section 16(c) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025(c) )— for fiscal year 2014 at an amount no greater than $25; and for each fiscal year thereafter, the amount specified in paragraph
(1)adjusted by the percentage by which the thrifty food plan is adjusted under section 3(u)(4) of such Act between June 30, 2012, and June 30 of the immediately preceding fiscal year.
