Section 61(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 ( 15 U.S.C. 80a–60(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 200 and inserting 150 ; in paragraph (2), by inserting or which is a stock after indebtedness ; and by inserting after paragraph

(4)the following new paragraph: Section 18(a)(2) shall not apply to a business development company. .
