Section 5056 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1213) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2008 and inserting 2014 ; and in subparagraph (C), by inserting and an assessment of needs for other related purposes in the Rio Grande Basin, including flood damage reduction after assessment ; in subsection (c)(2)— by striking an interagency agreement with and inserting 1 or more interagency agreements with the Secretary of State and ; and by inserting or the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission after the Department of the Interior ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2011 and inserting 2024 .
