Section 106(k) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 450j–1(k) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Interest payments, the retirement of principal, the costs of issuance, and the costs of insurance or a similar credit support for a debt financing instrument, the proceeds of which are used to support a contracted construction project. .
