In this title: The term City means the City of Fernley, Nevada. The term Federal land means the approximately 9,407 acres of land located in the City of Fernley, Nevada, that is identified by the Secretary and the City for conveyance under this title. The term map means the map entitled Proposed Fernley, Nevada, Land Sales and dated January 25, 2013.
