Section 1848(c)(2)(B)(v) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(c)(2)(B)(v) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subclause: Effective for fee schedules established beginning with 2014, reduced expenditures attributable to the Promoting Integrity in Medicare Act of 2013. .
