The following amounts are authorized to be appropriated under International Commissions for the Department of State to carry out the authorities, functions, duties, and responsibilities in the conduct of the foreign affairs of the United States and for other purposes authorized by law: For International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico — for Salaries and Expenses , $44,722,000 for fiscal year 2014; and for Construction , $31,400,000 for fiscal year 2014.
For International Boundary Commission, United States and Canada , $2,449,000 for fiscal year 2014. For International Joint Commission , $7,012,000 for fiscal year 2014. For International Fisheries Commissions , $31,445,000 for fiscal year 2014. For Border Environment Cooperation Commission , $2,386,000 for fiscal year 2014.
