Section 4241 of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–7m ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The algorithms used in predictive modeling and other analytics technologies under this section are exempt from disclosure under section 552(b)(3) of title 5, United States Code. The Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Comptroller General of the United States shall, beginning on January 1, 2015, and annually thereafter, complete an audit and review of the implementation of this section, including the effectiveness of the algorithms used in predictive modeling and other analytics technologies under this section. .
