The Comptroller General of the United States shall annually evaluate compliance by the Federal Government with the provisions of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1801 et seq. ). The Comptroller General shall annually submit to Congress a report containing the results of the evaluation conducted under subsection (a).
