Section 109(a) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1998 ( 2 U.S.C. 95d(a) ) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: , and for reimbursing the Secretary of Labor for any amounts paid with respect to unemployment compensation payments for former employees of the House. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2014 and each succeeding fiscal year.
