Of the unobligated balances available for Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Public Telecommunications Facilities, Planning and Construction , $5,000,000 is hereby rescinded. Of the unobligated balances available to the Department of Justice, the following funds are hereby rescinded, not later than September 30, 2014, from the following accounts in the specified amounts— Working Capital Fund , $30,000,000; Legal Activities, Assets Forfeiture Fund , $777,355,000, which shall be permanently rescinded;
State and Local Law Enforcement Activities, Office on Violence Against Women, Violence Against Women Prevention and Prosecution Programs , $6,200,000; State and Local Law Enforcement Activities, Office of Justice Programs , $47,000,000; and State and Local Law Enforcement Activities, Community Oriented Policing Services , $14,000,000. The Department of Justice shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report no later than September 1, 2014, specifying the amount of each rescission made pursuant to subsection (b).
