Sec. 7. Uses of funds

A State that receives a grant under this section shall use— 25 percent of such funds for any of the permissible uses of funds under the grant program described in paragraph
(1)of section 5; and 75 percent of such funds for any of the permissible uses of funds under the grant program described in paragraph
(2)of section 5.
