Section 129C(b)(3)(B)(ii) of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1639c(b)(3)(B)(ii) ; as added by section 1412 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act) is amended— by inserting after administer, the following: or that are owned or guaranteed by an entity regulated or supervised by such agency, ; and by adding at the end the following new subclause: The Federal Housing Finance Agency, with regard to mortgages owned or guaranteed by an entity regulated or supervised by such agency. .
