Sec. 503. Technical Amendments to Federal Home Loan Bank Act

Section 10 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1430 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: The Director shall annually report to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives on the collateral pledged to the Banks, including an analysis of collateral by type and by Bank district. ; by striking subsection (g); and in subsection (j)(12), by striking subparagraphs
(C)and (D). The Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency shall make the first report required under section 10(a)(7) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act, as added by subsection (a), not later than the end of the 180-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act.
