Section 129C of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1639c ), as amended by section 411(1), is further amended by inserting after subsection
(e)the following: This section and any regulations promulgated under this section do not apply to a mortgage serving as collateral for a qualified security, as such term is defined under section 321 of the Protecting American Taxpayers and Homeowners Act of 2013. .
