For purposes of this subtitle, the term qualified security means a security that— is collateralized by a class, or multiple classes, of residential mortgages established under section 322(a); is issued in accordance with a standard form securitization agreement under section 322(b); is issued by a qualified issuer in accordance with section 322(g); is issued through the Platform; and is not guaranteed, in whole or in part, by the United States Government.
