Title III of the National Housing Act is amended— in section 301(5) ( 12 U.S.C. 1716(5) ), by inserting after federally owned mortgage portfolios the following: (including any owned by the Federal Housing Administration) ; in section 302 (12 U.S.C. 1717)— in subsection (b)(1), by inserting , the after FHA Reform and Modernization Act of 2013 , National Housing Act each place such term appears; and in subsection (c)(2), by inserting after subparagraph
(F)the following new subparagraph: The Federal Housing Administration. ; and in section 306(g) ( 12 U.S.C. 1721(g) )— in the clause
(ii)of the first sentence of paragraph (1), by inserting or the before FHA Reform and Modernization Act of 2013 , or which are insured ; and in paragraph (3)(A), by inserting under the after FHA Reform and Modernization Act of 2013 or are insured Federal Housing Administration .
