Section 2003 is amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(h)as subsections
(e)through (i), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, if the Postal Service determines that the moneys of the Competitive Products Fund are in excess of current needs, it may invest such amounts as it considers appropriate in accordance with regulations which the Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe within 180 days after the date of enactment of this subsection. .
