Section 383N(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009bb–12(a)) is amended by striking $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2012 and inserting $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 . Section 383O of such Act (7 U.S.C. 2009bb–13) is amended by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 .
