Section 153 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (15 U.S.C. 713a–14) is repealed. Section 902(2) of the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7201(2) ) is amended— by striking subparagraph (D); and by redesignating subparagraphs

(E)and

(F)as subparagraphs

(D)and (E), respectively.
