Section 1483(a) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3336(a) ) is amended by striking subtitle and all that follows and inserting the following: subtitle— $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
