Section 9004(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8104(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting $12,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2013 and inserting $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
