Section 379E(d) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2008s(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 .
