Section 16(c)(1)(A) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025(c)(1)(A) ) is amended— by striking In carrying and inserting the following: In carrying ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall set the tolerance level for excluding small errors for the purposes of this subsection— for fiscal year 2014, at an amount not greater than $37; and for each fiscal year thereafter, the amount specified in subclause
(I)adjusted by the percentage by which the thrifty food plan is adjusted under section 3(u)(4) between June 30, 2013, and June 30 of the immediately preceding fiscal year. .
