Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to provide grants described in section 506(d) of the Trade and Development Act of 2000 ( 7 U.S.C. 7101 note) $2,250,000 for each of calendar years 2015 through 2019, to remain available until expended. In addition to funds made available under subsection
(a)and notwithstanding subsection
(f)of section 506 of the Trade and Development Act of 2000 ( 7 U.S.C. 7101 note), the Secretary may use any unexpended balances remaining in the Wool Research, Development, and Promotion Trust Fund established under that section as of December 31, 2014, to provide grants described in subsection
(d)of that section.
